A thirteen-year-old boy who is yet to be identified on Tuesday 13th, 2022, driving a pickup truck struck a van and killed nine people in Texas.
The two vehicles were at high speed when the accident occurred, The actual speed is yet to be determined.
The pickup truck crossed into the opposite lane on a darkened, two-lane West Texas highway before colliding head-on with a University of Southwest van.
The 13-year-old boy was driving a 2007 Dodge 2500 pickup truck, He died on the spot.

The Texas Department of Public Safety has identified the victims of the horrific accident who were in the University of South West Van.
Among those who perished is 26 year old Tyler James who was the coach for both Men and Women’s Golf teams.
The other members who lost their lives are Hobbs from New Mexico and players Mauricio Sanchezwho was 19, of Mexico; Travis Garcia, 19, of Pleasanton, Texas; Jackson Zinn, 22, of Westminster, Colorado; Karisa Raines, 21, of Fort Stockton, Texas; Laci Stone, 18, of Nocona, Texas; and Tiago Sousa, 18, of Portugal.
There were two survivors two Canadian students on the team, Dayton Price, 19, and Hayden Underhill, 20, are hospitalized in critical condition following the collision.
Also killed in the crash were Henrich Siemens, 38, of Seminole County, Texas. Golf coach Tyler James and members of the men’s and women’s golf teams were returning home from a tournament in Midland, Texas when the crash occurred.
