Universum is based in Hamburg, Germany. Halmich was inducted into both the International Women’s Boxing Hall of Fame (IWBHF) and the International Boxing Hall of Fame (IBHOF).

One of the notable boxers that Graf defeated was future Hall of Famer Zulina Munoz who was then undefeated at 16-0. Graf at the time had a record of 17-1 with her only loss to IBHOF inductee Alicia Ashley by a close split decision in 2005.
