Melinda Karlsson Currey was born on 30 August 1990( age 30 years) in Ottawa, Canada. She is best known for being the wife of the alternate captain for the San Jose Sharks of the National Hockey League, Erik Karlsson.
Currey is the child of Michael Currey and Candace Guinn. Melinda Karlsson graduated from Carleton University, located in Ontario, in 2010. She obtained her Honors Degree in communications and minored in psychology. After graduation, she went on to study French at Algonquin College. She attended classes there for two years.
