Farrah Rachael Forke was born on 12 January 1968 (age 54 years) in, Corpus Christi, Texas, United States. She was active for the better part of 1991-2005 and also a little bit of 2013.
Farrah’s love for acting ignited through her role in a Texas production of the musical The Rocky Horror Show. However, it wasn’t until 1991 that she made her feature debut in the film Brain Twisters.
Other films included Disclosure (1994), Heat (1995), Ground Control (1998), Kate’s Addiction (1998), and the TV-movies Journey to the Center of the Earth (NBC, 1993); Complex of Fear (CBS, 1993); Bionic Ever After? (CBS, 1994), and also Abandoned and Deceived (ABC, 1995).

At the age of 21, Farrah decided to undergo plastic surgery to receive silicone breast implants.
However, the implants later ruptured and caused health complications for her.
Four years later in February 1993 to remove the implants and as a result, On March 24, 1994, she filed a lawsuit in Houston against Dow Corning, the Dow Chemical Company, and the McGhan Corporation.

On February 25, 2022, Forke passed away at the age of 55 after battling cancer for a long time. A close family friend to the Forke’s confirmed the news of the star’s passing to Variety.
