Didier Claude Deschamps on the other hand was born on15 October 1968(53 years old). He is a French professional football manager and former player who has been manager of the France national team since 2012.
He played as a defensive midfielder for several clubs, in France, Italy, England and Spain, namely Marseille, Juventus, Chelsea and Valencia, as well as Nantes and Bordeaux.
Dylan was raised as Catholic.
His uncle, Philippe died in a plane crash when Didier Deschamps was 19 years old which he said has “marked his life”.
Didier is first cousins with retired professional tennis player and Wimbledon 1998 finalist Nathalie Tauziat.
Claude and Didier’s love story began back in Nantes. At this time, Didier was only 18 years old and made his debut on the football fields.
Didier transferred to Marseille in 1989 from Nantes.
At Marseille, Deschamps married Claude Antoinette, in 1989. Together the couple have a son, Dylan Deschamps.
Dylan is currently working in the financial sector and has chosen a completely opposite career from his father’s.
He and his mother are avid supporters of his father and are sported in some of Didier’s games.
