Keona Holley,39 is reported to have passed away this Thursday. Keona died of a head-gunshot wound during her overtime patrol.
Last week, she was ambushed in her patrol car. Unfortunately this week, she was shot in the head while she was still in her patrol car.
Holley was immediately rushed to the hospital but unfortunately, she died. She was hurried to the hospital and was kept on life support at the University of Maryland Shock Trauma Center.
Following the family’s request and consultation, the hospital took Keona off life support as her condition was improving. Shortly after, Holley died.
With a gunshot wound in the head, the chances of survival are usually as low as 1% and in this case, they proved to be right.

Officer Keona was a married woman. She was married to her loving husband, LaRue Bratcher.
The couple has been married for several years now and in that time they had created an amazing family. The couple had four children.

Keona Holley’s death; Suspects arrested.
The actual culprit and the prime suspect is no other than Travon Shaw,32. However, the police are looking into another suspect they interrogated, Elliot Knox.
Elliot,31, admitted his involvement in the incident and said that it was Shaw who killed Holley. He also confirmed Travon murdered, Justin Johnson.
Justin was killed 90 minutes after Keona.
Baltimore Police Commissioner Michael Harrison released a statement following the death of one of his officers.

He said, “These incidents are tragic reminders of the culture of violence that pervades Baltimore. Life is precious and sacred, but unfortunately, there are those who have no regard for it.”
He went on to add, “BPD is committed to the preservation of the lives of everyone in our City. We will always work to bring justice to all victims of violence.”
“I could not be more proud of the work of the entire Baltimore Police Department and of the speed and skill in which the investigations were conducted.”
State’s Attorney Marilyn Mosby followed on suit. He said, “The cowards responsible for the attack on Officer Keona Holley are in custody thanks to the diligent detective work of the Baltimore Police Department and support from other local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies.”
