Before becoming a Major League Scout in 2008, Jim spent seven years as an amateur scouting coordinator for the Phillies.
He played five Minor League seasons with the Cardinals before ending his Minor League career with the Expos.
Jim Fregosi Jr. joined the Phillies in 1992 but left temporarily to work with the Rockets(1999-2000). He went on to join the Royals in 2011 as a Special Assistant to the General Manager.
